THE TWO QUESTIONS

We have all been asked these two very important questions our entire adult lives:

  1. “Are you a citizen of the United States?”
  2. “Are you a resident?“

Allow me to rephrase these two questions the way they are intended from a legal, not a colloquial context:

Question #1: Do you agree to be under the inherent servitude of federal citizenship?
Question #2. Are you residing in a state requesting protection from the federal government against any actions of your state?

You have probably answered those questions your entire life, “YES,” not knowing exactly what they were asking you. If those questions were rephrased correctly, would you have ever answered yes? These two questions are not the jurisdiction nexus; that nexus was from birth.

In the 13th Amendment, voluntary servitude is LEGAL BY OMISSION. By answering yes to those questions, you have given the federal government YOUR CONSENT! Your consent is the one element ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED for the federal administrative government (United States) to control all aspects of your life. Is there anything you can do without a license, permit, or permission?

Think about it. Correcting your political status to a national is the means for you to extract yourself from the corporation and servitude of the United States (not the United States of America) and be able to sever the contracts that keep you controlled and in servitude.

There are actually 4 political statuses:
  • Citizen of the United States: This is a federal citizenship status created by the 14th Amendment and owes permanent allegiance to the United States.
  • National: This is an American state citizenship status that existed before the 14th Amendment and the Civil War. It still exists today and is available for all Americans at their choosing.
  • Non-Citizen National: These are individuals from the outlying possessions of Samoa and Swains Islands.
  • Resident: These are persons admitted to the United States as immigrants and will live in the United States permanently.

What most people don’t know is that it’s YOUR choice. As a U.S. citizen, you can choose to become a national and be FREE or stay a 14th Amendment federal citizen and continue to be a SLAVE. The process is simple to become a national. Your freedom is your choice. Learn how to volunteer out of servitude and become free, and all it will cost you is postage. That’s what this movement is all about!
