Born in America

Is national status only available to those who were born in America?
Can those who have green cards or who are US citizens born in another country become nationals?

Hi Qoztek,
National status is not restricted to just those born in America. If an individual completes the U.S. naturalization process and becomes a U.S. citizen, then they can complete the affidavit process with the U.S. Secretary of State to declare the "national" status.
