When I declared my "national" status over a year ago I was aware that supposedly an individual that is not a U.S. Citizen is not permitted under U.S. federal law to vote in federal elections. Of course, with appropriate notification and available reference material supporting the right for a natural-born American to vote in an election in the U.S.A., I was determined to test the assumption that a patriotic, retired U.S. Army officer, previous U.S. Citizen and current American "national" could vote. With the 2024 presidential election coming soon, I decided to inform the Election Division at the Alabama Secretary of State of my intentions to vote. So, after removing myself from the voter rolls, then resubmitted a voter registration and attaching my affidavit , I informed them of my intent. They then acknowledged my "national" status and my intent to vote by signing off on all my documents, including my affidavit of citizenship evidence. I also received an affirmation directly from the State of Alabama Supervisor of Voter Registration that they would not object to me voting in the local, state and federal election. On November 5th, 2024 I proceeded to vote in the U.S. presidential election. The exact process and forms I used can be found and reviewed here: https://nationalstatus.info/the-remedy/voter-registration/

Wow, that's great. So you didn't have any problems when you went to vote? Have you heard from the Elections Supervisor since voting? Did you have a different ballot than the one for U.S. citizens? I just find this all so amazing.
