I just got summoned for jury duty; how do I respond?

You should show your affidavit when summoned for jury duty, and they should not allow you to serve.

Yes, if you are a national and not a U.S. citizen or resident, you should check "no" for U.S. citizen and resident on any forms related to jury duty or other legal matters.
