My experience with the Calif Highway Patrol
Quote from Augustus on December 31, 2023, 4:49 pmHello, my fellow men & women,
For those who have become "Nationals" within the last year and have not been stopped yet by law enforcement I would like you to know that with a little study, role playing and having the right documentation you will become confident and relaxed in dealing with law enforcement. Living as close to the experience before it happens is one of the goals here. That way as you see the lights behind you are calm and ready to help them understand who you really are taking your rightful place in this society. If they choose to move in the wrong direction, you will have recourse and you'll be able to explain why in a confident manner. As this forum gets going there are no "dumb" questions and know that there is an excellent chance someone else has the same question. When you ask your questions, please ask them in a concise manner. A little thought before will help everyone. You are encouraged to speak up b/c we are all in the same boat no matter where we are . We all should have the same goal and that is to BE FREE from the tyranny.
You have the power; you just don't know it yet. But you will. 🙂
In the future I will share my experience when I knew very little and was successful in the tyrants being muted.
Look for other information in the future and check back often.

Quote from David on December 31, 2023, 5:12 pmThank you Augustus! Looking forward to hearing from folks in this forum that already are a "National" or those still in search of freedom by reclaiming their "National" political status. The challenges and the "how-tos" when a National comes in contact with law enforcement is so critical and your contributions to this are going to be so valuable.
Question for you to get conversation going... Most folks will have an interaction with law enforcement at some point or another, even a simple traffic violation or perhaps just a simple conversation with a law enforcement officer. In general, what is the first and most important thing to keep in mind when one comes in contact with law enforcement as a National?

Quote from Augustus on December 31, 2023, 9:26 pmMy answer would be that realize that they truly have no jurisdiction over you. You may not know why yet but knowing this will give you peace. in your interactions with them. Unless you harm someone or their property you are out of their slave system and jurisdiction.
Let's use my situation. I was stopped wrongfully btw. As I pulled over, I knew there were two choices. The person listens and respects that I was not a U.S. citizen and allowed me to go on my way, or they are hell bent on making money for the system. As mentioned, I will share my notarized statement of fact in the future which explains the what, how, where and why.
Or second, they give me a ticket no matter what. They chose the ticket route. But that's ok too. I knew the next step would be to send to the correct people that I had put on notice when I became a National my documentation. Trying to get into my pocket for $400 to $500 was not ok and I would react in a wise way. I knew what I was going to do so it was not ok with me but to fight with a hired gun (get it, hired gun) or use the event to sharpen my skills for the next time is where my thinking was. Arguing does not make sense, education does. At the time I was green, but I can tell at no time did I feel nervous in any way. Hopefully this helps.
