Old revoked passport

  1. I've sent in my affidavit of citizenship and going to FOIA my status with the state department.  My passport was "revoked" for child support "arrears" a few years ago.  Will this affect my passport?   The DS-11 asks if you had a previous passport.  As a national, would that be considered a new first passport, as opposed to a renewal of an old u.s. citizen passport?  I know a S.S. # is needed and it probably ties it all together.

You will need to declare that you had a previous passport.

Does child support "arrears" affect getting a national passport?

We don't know how that will affect getting a new passport. Can you call Roger's show tomorrow and ask him your question?
