A visitor to the website recently asked this question to Liberty, our chat system. We don't have a lot of information about abatement on the site, so she was unable to give the visitor an answer. If you are familiar with the abatement process and know the answer, please share it with us here in the forum.

QUESTION:
Can the abatement process be used after having recently taken a plea deal, due to having an attorney, on a victimless charge?
