Where can I find the definition for National and US National?
United States Code
A good source to use is uscode.house.gov
Title) 8 Ch 12 Sec 1101 (21) (22)
(21) The term “national” means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state (small s state is USA/state of the union).
(22) The term “national of the United States” means (A) a citizen of the United States, or (B) a person who, though not a citizen of the United States, owes permanent allegiance to the United States, the (corp) United States. This is where they capitalize the S in State. The US national is not a US Citizen.

8 U.S. Code § 1401 – Nationals and citizens of United States at birth
Does national status affect social security?
The social security number and account are not a nexus to the feudal system. There is no reason to believe nationals are not able to receive the benefits they contributed to. The social security system is voluntary and open to anyone regardless of citizenship or country of residence.
Help! I haven’t filed my affidavit yet and I got a traffic ticket today. Is there anything you can do to help me avoid paying the ticket?
Well, the short answer is no. You will need to take care of it as if you are a U.S. Citizen, because you are. Once you have filed your affidavit and mailed your notices, it is imperative that you follow ALL traffic laws. Also, it isn’t retroactive and anything that happened before filing will still need to be addressed as your status of U.S. Citizen. Being a national isn’t about getting out of traffic tickets.
Will I still be able to purchase a firearm?
We don’t know of anyone having trouble making a purchase as a national. In fact, we have heard that their form still references nationals.
Should I get a new driver’s license after I change my political status?
There’s no need to get a new driver’s license. We don’t recommend that you drive without one, whether you are a national or a U.S. Citizen. Of course, what you choose to do is totally your decision.
The question is – how well do you want to sleep at night?
What about my all caps name?
We believe that the all caps name is a patriotic myth. We haven’t seen any proof that the all caps version of your name has anything to do with your political status.
Will I be considered a sovereign citizen?
A national is NOT a sovereign citizen. We believe that the sovereign citizen label was a fabrication by certain agencies to cast a bad light on true sovereigns.
