What is a national?
To start, a national can be defined as such:
An individual who is largely concerned only with domestic matters in his state and is lawfully and legally separate from the federal government.
In contrast:
A US citizen or resident is under the direct jurisdiction of the Federal Government for protection against the state where they reside, making them an enemy of their state.
When you were born on American soil, you were born a national. However, through legal presumption, you are assumed to be a US citizen, which is completely and personally subject to the Federal Government.
This control is feudal in nature. As a US citizen, you are property of the federal government. As property, your labor is collateralized, bonded, and traded.
However, the nature of your servitude is voluntary. It has to be because our 13th Amendment forbids involuntary servitude. It’s voluntary, however, only because you didn’t know that you had another choice.
Our goal is to make you aware of this choice and, if you so choose, volunteer.
Volunteering out:
- Removes you from any regulations that are federal in nature
- Puts your body and assets back under your ownership
- It gives you the lawful foundation to defend your rights, both against your state and especially the federal government
Being a national is:
- Declaring to the Federal government that you don’t need their protection against your state
- Getting back your access to common law
- Reclaiming ownership of yourself, your property, and your labor
Being a national IS NOT:
- A get out of jail free card that will forgive all past wrongs
- A “sovereign citizen”, “man on the land”, or any other title that claims to remove themselves from the law. A national is clearly defined in the statutes at large, the united states code, and the code of federal regulations
- A way to avoid personal responsibility or a way to avoid the law
Our goal is to inform you of a choice you never knew you had.
If you are comfortable in your servitude, you may choose now to do nothing, and for the first time in your life, your voluntary servitude will truly be voluntary because now you know that you have a choice.

The process is not hard, and your only cost is postage.
What is hard, though, is undoing the knots in your mind and taking it back by learning what happened, how it happened, and why it happened.

As defined by the INA, all U.S. citizens are U.S. nationals but only a relatively small number of persons acquire U.S. nationality without becoming U.S. citizens. Section 101(a)(21) of the INA defines the term “national” as “a person owing permanent allegiance to a state.” Section 101(a)(22) of the INA provides that the term “national of the United States” includes all U.S. citizens as well as persons who, though not citizens of the United States, owe permanent allegiance to the United States (non-citizen nationals).

The Secretary of State is authorized to issue, in his discretion and in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed by him, a certificate of nationality for any person not a naturalized citizen of the United States who presents satisfactory evidence that he is an American national and that such certificate is needed for use in judicial or administrative proceedings in a foreign state. Such certificate shall be solely for use in the case for which it was issued and shall be transmitted by the Secretary of State through appropriate official channels to the judicial or administrative officers of the foreign state in which it is to be used.

Please be aware that using Google or other search engines that are used to look up the definition of a “national” will most likely not provide an accurate definition. Search engines, such as Google, have been shown to manipulate the search results based on predetermined algorithms or code. For example, upon searching for the definition of a “national” in Google, it will return results that will most likely give the definition or other information regarding a “non-citizen national” or a “U.S. national.”
As with these two terms, any other title or name relating to or using the word national in it will most likely not be an accurate definition of “national.” The term “national,” as used in this website, is correctly defined in Section 101(a)(21) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The bottom line is to not fall into the trap of believing that a Google search is a definitive definition of a national if it is not consistent with the definition in the INA. Also, there are other locations within the U.S. Code, as well as other official government documentation that references the correct definition of a national. Some of this official documentation that references a national can be found listed above.

You must type www.NationalStatus.info directly in the URL field at the top of your browser rather than in the search field. Whether intentional or not, it appears that this website and its corresponding information about the national status are difficult to attain and access.
Don’t just take our word for it; look at the data yourself, and draw your own conclusions.
