The first steps to freedom:
True emancipation from the enslavement of U.S. citizenship can be achieved by a very simple legal, lawful remedy. All you have to do is officially volunteer out! It’s your choice, and they can’t do anything about it. We all must become knowledgeable on the fundamental concepts of national status and cease falling for their falsehoods.
We recommend that you become knowledgeable about the history and concepts of the national political status before taking the initial measures toward liberation. You have made the deliberate choice to stop believing that the government is telling the truth because you are here on our website, and it shows that you are prepared to start your path toward freedom.
- Submit your Affidavit of Citizenship Evidence.
- Mail your Notices.
- Apply for a new or renew your Passport.
Once you complete these three crucial foundational steps, you will have the knowledge and resources you need to defend your freedom. Then you will be prepared to investigate other objectives such as volunteering out of the tax system, becoming a true landowner, and living lawfully without the constraints of man-made laws, regulations, and permits that control the lives of U.S. citizens.
In order to track your progress effectively, we created a checklist to help you complete the steps. Download your copy and get started today.
Your political status is a choice only you can make; which one will you choose?

The learning process commences with the completion of foundational steps. Optional advanced steps are available, though not suitable for everyone. Some individuals may choose to conclude their journey at this point, leading peaceful lives as nationals. Conversely, others may seek the challenge of progressing beyond the corporate system. Your political status will remain unchanged should you opt not to pursue these advanced steps.
- Abatement
- Internal Revenue Service
- Land Patent
- Private Membership Association
- Traveling
- Voter Registration
- The U.S. Department of State handles citizenship, as they are the government agency that manages citizenship and passports.
- Putting the U.S. Department of State on notice is critical, as they have the highest government jurisdiction over citizenship.
- The U.S. Department of State cannot formally rebut your affidavit with anything other than their own affidavit.
- It will be up to you to gain the necessary knowledge of the history and concepts important to defending your freedom. The time and effort needed to understand what it means to be a national will vary from person to person and is dependent upon your level of motivation and ability to overcome a lifetime of indoctrination.

Great site with a ton of information. After sending my Affidavit of Citizenship Evidence, does changing your citizenship status affect your ability to collect Social Security?
Regards,
Steve
Hi Steve, we have heard Roger say, many times, that changing your political status does not affect your ability to collect Social Security benefits. Thanks for the question.
Thank you for this invaluable site. It’s apparent how much time and effort went into compiling this information for the benefit of humanity. Personally, after years of reading and listening to all sorts of voices related to “state citizenship”, “nationals”, etc. I did not feel confident to take action with any of the materials I’d found. At times there were clear red flags related to the groups.
For some reason, I never ran into Roger Sayles work in spite of the fact that so many other teachers out there seem to have borrowed from him. The clarity that is coming from having so many dedicated researchers working together over the decades is so inspiring.
Your work here in providing a cohesive guide is such a great gift. I know I’m not alone in having found myself drowning in videos and podcasts that provided so much historical insight but left me wondering about how to proceed.
I’ve now completed the affidavit, notices and passport application steps. When the passport book and card come back, I’ll move to the next steps.
Thanks again for this great work. You are very much appreciated.

Great work KS! It’s so wonderful to hear of your progress and hope the site’s resources have been of help to you. Please reach out anytime. Or better yet, if you provide your experiences in the forums, it may help others that are not as advanced in the process. Take care and keep up the good work.

This is a superlative site to join! Where can contributions be sent? I don’t do PayPal!!!
I am working on gaining my voting ability back, since becoming a National. Concealed carry and new passport gained, ready to confront the IRS this year when more knowledge gained! Thank You Mark!!!
Jay,
Thanks for the kind comments about the site. It’s a living document you might say, as it continues to mature as more and more information is added and more and more folks add their comments, advice and input. Through this combined effort of many, the goal is for the site to become an important resource for those looking to repatriate to a National. As for contributing, thank you for offering. At this point, we’re not taking contributions. The site is our way to help the National movement. We may eventually have some neat t-shirts to offer related to the National status. Take care and thanks again.
