Affidavit

My affidavit contains language instructing the SoS to recognize my national status from birth. Due to the fact that fraud, deception, and lack of full disclosure exists is my reason. After four years, no rebuttal of my affidavit from the SoS. Since silence deems consent, am I a national from birth?

I don't know the answer to that. But if it does change your status from birth, what do you think would be the benefit?
