My passport/card

I was the first of 4 to receive a passport myself, and I was comparing the passport card at https://nationalstatus.info/the-remedy/passports/ which shows three stars to the right of the country. Mine arrived with four stars to the left of the country. (This is different from the three stars above on the far right which match mine.)

I thought I'd read something about this here on your website, but maybe not (or just didn't re-find it lol.) So I was looking for external information which seems to suggest that four stars may designate a US national and marked as "do not detain."

Anything you guys can corroborate on this?
