After sending 1040x and 1040NR for previous year, I received a notice "However, we can't finish processing your claim until we receive supporting information for each item you asked us to change. Please submit Schedule OI and refile your amended return." I didn't know that a Schedule OI was needed with a 1040NR. What is the proper way to complete the Schedule OI?
