ALL CAPS?

We've been getting a lot of questions lately about writing your name in all caps on the affidavit.
Our thought on this is that it doesn't matter how you write your name on it as long as you use your legal name and sign it just as you have always signed any other legal documents.
What are your thoughts, do you think it will make a difference to the person receiving your affidavit?

At one point, we too were drawn into these myths—assuming they must be true simply because no one had explained otherwise. Over time, we realized that much of what is commonly repeated is not supported by fact.
It is our position that these myths serve only as distractions. If you cannot verify a claim through case law or statutory authority, it should be dismissed. Focus only on what can be substantiated with solid, verifiable proof.
For example, the use of an all-caps name has no bearing on political status and cannot remove anyone from the federal system. Attempts to trademark a name or pursue similar unsupported processes provide no legal remedy and should be disregarded.
That's our opinion, what do you think?

I agree that this does not have an effect on National status. It's a distraction that splinters the core intent of the National status. I suppose those that utilize and following all the various aspects and procedures related to these "patriot myths" could do so if they'd like. But why used all the energy when bottom line it doesn't affect one's declared status as a National. Perhaps much of this relates to the contracts that one can voluntarily enter into related to the U.S. federal government. Again, as long as you don't "pledge" back into the servitude of the U.S. citizenship, even these contracts don't affect your status as a National.

Meant to distract and confuse you so much that you just give up and go back to sleep.
