Notices question

I'm trying to ensure we do everything properly, but I have one clarifying question.
The notices doc builder builds only one for state agencies (Attorney General), and a separate form for the IRS. We need to notify the CC list separately, but the question will be about how to structure the CC part itself.
I think the options would be:
- No CC for other CCed agencies.
- Same CC for all but replace the one for the CC you are notifying and add the CC for the AG at the top?
- Just leave the CC list as is?

We kept the cc's all on the bottom of the original letter so that all are aware of the others who were notified.
So the way we handled it was, we wrote one orginal letter with all the cc's we intended to notify listed at the bottom. We ended up with a two page letter the second page was all cc's. Then just copied both pages, one for each of the cc's. Then we highlighted the cc, that we mailed to.
You don't have to change anything on the original letter. You are just letting the cc's have a copy of the original.
I hope that make sense. You don't have to write a new letter for each cc.

I think I get it. We'll just produce 7 copies of the AG letter and send to each agency with the address on the mailing envelope, sent as certified with a return receipt.
And since our affidavits are already notarized to no extra notary necessary either.
Thanks for the assistance and speed of response!

Final question...I suppose a minor child can sign the state notices, or should they be tailored like the primary minor child affidavit? What about the IRS when they've yet to pay any taxes?

There isn't anything else for minors to do beyond the affidavit. When they reach the age of majority then they can decide if they want to send notices.

Hi Will. Yes, I agree about notices for minors. Can wait for age of majority. Although I think a passport for minor would be a good idea, with their affidavit attached to the passport application.
